Dispatch
- We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 12:00 (Warsaw time) or on weekends are counted from the next business day.
- You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping costs
Shipping is charged once per order, whatever the number of pieces, and depends on the destination and the parcel weight. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. A single piece weighs no more than 2 kg with packaging, so most orders fall into the lightest weight band. Prices in US dollars.

Customs, duties and taxes
- European Union: there are no customs duties within the EU.
- United States: for orders up to US$2,500 we prepay US import duties, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For larger orders we contact you before dispatch to arrange customs clearance.
- United Kingdom: because of UK VAT rules for parcels up to £135, we ship to Great Britain and the Isle of Man only orders with an item value of US$185 or more. Import VAT, any duties and carrier handling fees are paid by the recipient on delivery. Northern Ireland is not affected.
- Other countries outside the EU: import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. They are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient.
Customs declarations state the price you paid.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked from dispatch to delivery. We email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Pickup in Wrocław
Free personal pickup in Wrocław, Poland, is available for orders with a Polish address: choose “Local pickup – Wrocław” at checkout. Pickup is by appointment: we email you to agree on the time and place.
Where we do not ship
Because of international sanctions and restrictions, we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran or Syria.
If something goes wrong
- Damaged parcel: if your parcel or piece arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece, the packaging and the shipping label, so we can file a claim with the carrier quickly. This does not limit your statutory rights.
- Delayed or lost parcel: if tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Your order travels at our risk until it is delivered. If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, we refund you in full, including shipping.
- Customs or delivery refused: if a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid or delivery was refused, we treat it as a withdrawal from the purchase: once it is back with us, we refund the price of the piece and the original standard delivery cost you paid, as on our Returns page; the cost of the parcel’s return journey to us is deducted.
